Your training process starts the moment you join The New Kids Club network so you can run your school trouble free. We will give you the tools, but you will run your The New Kids Club school.

It's a two-phase training process:

BASIC ONLINE:

The Headquarters Office provides you with a set of handbookd outlining all the tasks you will be performing as a Manager. The Headquarters Office has developed these handbooks. wich are reviewed yearly. Besides, the Training Department will monitor and guide your learning as well as remobe any doubt you might have. The online training period must be completed by June and lasts 12 to 16 weeks.

ON-SITE (RECOMMENDED):

Once you have successfully completed the online training, you will receive on-site training at the Headquarters site. You will attend meetings with every head of Department for further information about online training contents and to clear up your doubts. As well as that, you will be carrying out some more training so you can experience what running a The New Kids Club centre is like. It lasts 3 days.

You do not need to have qualifications related to children education nor a command of English in order to open your TNKC school. As long as you like children and you’d like to help improve their education, The New Kids Club is the franchise you were looking for.

You'll be trained to learn tu run your own The New Kids Club school and to perform all the tasks, even if you are not experienced in running your own buisness or yoy lack qualifications on education or foreign languages.

ONLINE:

The Headquarters Office provides you with a set of handbooks on the methodoloy, administration, communication with the Central Office, etc. The different departments at the Central Office have developed those handbooks, which are reviewed yearly. Besides, the Training Department will monitor and guide your learning as well as remove any doubt you might have at the beginning or during the contract period.

Consequently, you must be aware that The New Kids Club will not train your licenced school in management control areas, permits and further activities. You are entirely free in the management and collection of your students.
